I’m in the home stretch.  Editing/proofreading is pretty much done.     The only thing standing between you and being able to buy Crusade, Volume Two on Amazon is formatting, cover art, and the various miscellaneous tasks associated with actually publishing something.   I should be able to get that done in a week, so I’m calling the official publication date Monday, October 24th.
